Your child's identification record will be printed and on a CD for you to keep. Once your child's record has been saved to disk it is automatically erased from our system.  Included with your childs ID is valuable information on what to do in the event your child is missing.  These initial steps are critical for recovery and will be beneficial at a time when you need direction and guidance.  Best of all your child's identification record will be done free of charge!

Chain of Hearts, Inc. will be offering this valuable free service to the community at our events or at business locations throughout the community.  If you are a business owner, church, school, library, or community organization and would like to offer this service to your customers or members at your location, contact us using the form below.  A free poster announcing the program will be available one week prior to the scheduled event.

Check our event calender for dates and times of a place near you.
